cup wild blueberries, frozen
1 ½
cup vanilla soy milk

Tbsp honey

dash freshly ground nutmeg
fresh mint leaves for garnish

Step 1

Blend honey with soy milk, add frozen wild blueberries and puree until smooth. Season with a dash of nutmeg. Pour in glasses and add mint leaves for decoration if desired. Serve immediately.
