Almond, rice and other milks may be substituted for the soy milk. You may also use other sweeteners as desired. Directions for: Wild Blueberry Soynog

Ingredients

2 cup wild blueberries, frozen

1 ½ cup vanilla soy milk

4 Tbsp honey

1 dash freshly ground nutmeg

fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions

1. Blend honey with soy milk, add frozen wild blueberries and puree until smooth. Season with a dash of nutmeg. Pour in glasses and add mint leaves for decoration if desired. Serve immediately.
