Waffles have never been so amazing! Treat yourself to this delightful recipe for either breakfast or dessert.

Sift dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining wet ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients all at once. Mix just until smooth.
On a preheated waffle iron drop 1/3 cup of batter (78 ml) and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve waffles with raspberry coulis, whipped cream and garnish with a dusting of icing sugar, raspberries and blueberries, and mint.
Bring all ingredients to a boil and cook until thick.
Push coulis through a sieve with a rubber spatula to remove seeds.
Beat until soft peaks form.
