Ingredients

  • 3 avocadoes. Peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • Pinch chilies
  • Selection of fresh tropical fruit soaked in rum and sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the liquid into the drum of your ice cream maker and process for 3-45 minutes.
  2. Serve with rum soaked fruit.
