Ingredients

  • 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 1 cup milk (250 mL)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (250 mL)
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries* (250 mL)
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries* (100 g)

Directions

  1. Cut vanilla bean in half length-wise. Scrape out seeds. Reserve.
  2. Into a blender add milk, yogurt, blackberries, blueberries and reserved vanilla bean.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve chilled.
