Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mango cut into bitesize pieces
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Signature Collection Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped zucchini
  • Juice and rind of 1 lime

Directions

  1. COMBINE mango with dressing.
  2. MASH mango mixture with potato masher until half the fruit has softened into a sauce.
  3. MIX with onion, zucchini and lime. Refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavours. Serve with grilled fish.
