Ingredients

Spirulina Colada

  • ¼ pineapple
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (125 ml)
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla soymilk (375 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina (5 ml)

Omega Jam

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (125 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil (15 ml)
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry soymilk
  • 1 banana

Red Blazer

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice (375 ml)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (125 ml)
  • 1 banana

Royal Blend

  • ¼ medium beet
  • Juice of ¼ lemon
  • 3 to 4 apples
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1 oz wheatgrass (28 grams)

Rubee

  • 1 large red grapefruit
  • 7 tangerines
  • 1/2 beet
  • 1 tsp red clover (5 ml)

Directions

Spirulina Colada

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Makes 1 to 2 servings.

Omega Jam
