Recipe Courtesy Michael Rubino, Made to Order. If you want to make this a non-alcoholic cocktail, substitute 2-ounces of fresh orange Juice for the Alize and vodka and substitute sparkling water for the sparkling rose wine.

Ingredients

handful crushed ice
splash of fresh lime juice
splash of fresh pomegranate juice
1 ounce Alize liqueur (30 ml)
1 ounce vodka (30 ml)
Sparkling rose wine, to top off the glass

Directions

Place crushed ice into a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice and pomegranate juice. Add the Alize liqueur and vodka. Shake and strain into a glass, allowing the crushed ice to fill up three quarters of the glass. Top with the sparkling rose wine. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
