Holiday Stocking Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces ginger ale (90 ml)
  • 2 ounces cranberry juice, substitute orange or mango, if desired (60 ml)
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice (30 ml)
  • unit dash of angostura bitters
  • unit lemon wedges, for garnish, optional

Directions

  1. Build mocktail by adding ginger ale, cranberry juice and pineapple juice over ice in a Collins-style glass or a tall thin glass. Mix this drink with a swizzle stick before adding angostura bitters on top of drink. The bitters not only give a zestier taste but also a surreal look as the bitters sink to the bottom of the drink. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
