Recipe Courtesy Michael Rubino, Made to Order. If you want to make this a non-alcoholic cocktail, substitute 2-ounces of fresh orange Juice for the Alize and vodka and substitute sparkling water for the sparkling rose wine.

Ingredients

  • handful crushed ice
  • splash of fresh lime juice
  • splash of fresh pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce Alize liqueur (30 ml)
  • 1 ounce vodka (30 ml)
  • Sparkling rose wine, to top off the glass

Directions

  1. Place crushed ice into a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice and pomegranate juice. Add the Alize liqueur and vodka. Shake and strain into a glass, allowing the crushed ice to fill up three quarters of the glass. Top with the sparkling rose wine. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
