Ingredients

Apples, Frisee and Cabernet Franc Grapes

  • 1 tablespoon cabernet franc ice wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large green apple, julienned
  • 1 head frisee, centre leaves separated
  • 12 cabernet franc grapes, cut in ½
  • 1 tablespoon chervil, leaves picked
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

Assembly

  • 1/4 cup Salt Spring Goat Cheese, room temperature
  • Apples, Frisee and Cabernet Franc Grapes
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

Apples, Frisee and Cabernet Franc Grapes

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Toss to combine and set aside for assembly.

Assembly

  1. Dollop 1 tablespoon of Salt Spring Goat Cheese on each plate.
  2. Place equal portions of Apples, Frisee and Cabernet Franc Grapes beside Salt Spring Goat Cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, serve.
