Sparkling wine cocktails make great welcome drinks, getting the night off to a bubbly start! Since the Irish Mist is sweet, pick an extra dry sparkling wine.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce Irish Mist liqueur
  • splash of crème de menthe just for a bit of colour
  • 5 ounces or top up a flute with sparkling wine

Directions

  1. Add Irish Mist to a champagne flute, top up with bubbles and add a dash of crème de menthe.
