Ingredients

Taylor's Famous Hamburgers With A Twist

  • 3 pounds (1350g) lean ground beef or buffalo
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 5 multigrain buns
  • 1 package redi crisp bacon
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons leftover spicy Sausage Chuck Wagon Chili
  • No-fat sour cream

Veggies And Dip

  • 1 bag (1 pound) cut raw veggies
  • Ranch dip

Directions

Taylor's Famous Hamburgers With A Twist

  1. Preheat BBQ to medium (350 F) by starting both burners to low/medium setting.
  2. Mix spices into beef.
  3. Form beef mixture into 10 thin, large patties.
  4. Place on BBQ. Close lid. Cook each side 5 to 10 minutes. (160 – 170 F).
  5. Stack burgers with 2 patties, slices of cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, chili and sour cream.
