Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 whole mango, peeled pit removed
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, blueberries or strawberries (250 ml)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (250 ml)
  • 1/3 cup honey (75 ml)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
