Ina is writing an article about eating local and she's challenged herself to make a meal entirely from Hamptons ingredients. There's eggplant caponata with produce from a farm in Water Mill, then catch of the day in Montauk is sea bass so Ina's roasting it with a Caesar inspired sauce.
