Chi’Lantro BBQ, a mobile truck serving Korean-Mexican inspired tacos, burritos, quesadillas and burgers in Austin, Texas, zests things up with a little cilantro in nearly every dish. Customers are slurping up gourmet soups at The Portland Soup Company in Portland, Oregon. This hand-built cart resembles a miniature chalet home, serving gourmet soups and sandwiches, such as the Tillamook Vintage White Cheddar and H.U.B. Lager soup with a homemade mozzarella sandwich. Next stop is Spencer On The Go, in San Francisco, California, where customers enjoy classic French cuisine from a mobile truck. And finally, there’s more BBQ in Boston at Silk Road BBQ, a kiosk-style hut assembled each morning, which barbecues with a centuries-old Asian twist.
