Twelve Days of Christmas
Season 4 - December 24, 2017
The final three bakers grab two last minute holiday gifts and combine them into one impressive dessert. Then in the main heat, bakers must create a show-stopping 12 Days of Christmas dessert that illustrates a line from the famous song. The winning baker walks away with $50,000 and the title of Holiday Baking Champion!
Season 4 - December 17, 2017
The four remaining bakers celebrate two classic holiday traditions: Hanukkah jelly doughnuts and ye olde fruitcake. Duff Goldman helps introduce the pre-heat challenge in which bakers must create a dozen doughnuts featuring a challenging flavor combination. Then for the main heat, bakers try their best to reinvent fruitcake.

Season 4 - December 10, 2017
Winter is here and it's time to cozy up inside. The five remaining bakers 'ignite' the holiday spirit with a fiery, pre-heat dessert. Then in the main heat, they take a traditional holiday cheese board and turn it into an unusual cheesecake.
A New Holiday Spin
Season 4 - December 3, 2017
The six remaining bakers are creating new takes on traditional holiday baking. Inspired by an internet baking meme, for the pre-heat they'll use yellow cake mix to make anything but cake. Then in the main heat, bakers must "holiday up!" a non-holiday dessert.
Season 4 - November 26, 2017
In the pre-heat, seven bakers must create a Thanksgiving dessert using a mystery canned fruit. Then in the main heat, bakers whip up new Turkey Day sensations by combining two traditional desserts.

During the holidays, it takes teamwork to pull off special gatherings. So in the pre-heat, eight bakers team up to make a dozen hand pies in a festive holiday shape. Then for the main heat, bakers create a holiday dessert duo inspired by classic holiday flavor combinations.

Season 4 - November 12, 2017
To kick things off, nine bakers must create eye-catching and tantalizing new holiday treats for seasonal parties. In the pre-heat, bakers create a dessert with an unusual candy cane flavor and then, for the main heat, they use a holiday cocktail as sweet inspiration. One unlucky baker goes home.
Live From the North Pole
Season 3 - December 18, 2016
Instead of milk and cookies for old St. Nick, the final three must make delicious snacks for North Pole characters other than Santa. To top off the whole season, the bakers are tasked with baking and decorating a North Pole-inspired cake. The best creation will earn one baker the crown of Holiday Baking Champion and a $50,000 prize!
Season 3 - December 11, 2016
The remaining four bakers recreate their childhood memories of waking up on Christmas morning by making edible dessert stockings for the pre-heat. Then, they take their designs to new heights in the main heat by building colorful cream puff Christmas trees.

Who doesn't love surprises, especially during the holidays? For the pre-heat, the bakers must whip up a dessert inspired by an ugly Christmas sweater. Keeping with the surprise theme, in the main heat the bakers create edible gift boxes filled with a bevy of treats.

Season 3 - November 27, 2016
Nothing says the holidays like a crisp fire on a snowy day, so in the pre-heat, the remaining six bakers are tested on how well they can make a dessert featuring toasted marshmallows. For the main heat, bakers get the chance to put a fresh spin on an old holiday classic by "blinging out" yule logs.

Grandma's Thanksgiving Favorites

When it comes to Thanksgiving, nobody can compete with grandma's signature recipes, so Clash of the Grandmas star Norma Zager joins Bobby Deen to lend her expertise to the remaining eight bakers. For the pre-heat, they must whip up two types of cookies, with one inspired by dear old grandma. Then, in the main heat, the bakers compete to create the best pie by hand -- no appliances -- just like grandma used to!
Signs of the Season
Season 3 - November 6, 2016
For the pre-heat, host Bobby Deen challenges the nine bakers to take seasonal hot beverages like hot chocolate and apple cider a step further by turning them into desserts. Then, in the main heat, these culinary artisans show off their decorating skills by creating a filled Bundt cake wreath.

The last three bakers must show off their decorating chops in order to finally be crowned Holiday Baking Champion! First, they must bake and beautifully decorate a sugar cookie tree. Then, in the final heat, the bakers need to transform their assigned holiday tradition into an intricately decorated cake.
Season 2 - December 13, 2015Re-gifting is the theme of the week, as the five remaining bakers must make a candy apple dessert inspired by a candy apple gift, then figure out how turn the contents of a traditional gift basket into a delicious dessert.

Every culture has their own holiday traditions, and the four remaining bakers celebrate a couple of favorites by reinventing two Hanukkah classics: rugelach and macaroons. Then, they must create their own unique version of a holiday croquembouche.

The seven remaining bakers get creative with Thanksgiving-inspired desserts, and in the first round, their sweets feature canned cranberry sauce. Classic Holiday Flavors
Season 1 -The seven remaining bakers take classic holiday flavors into tasty new territory. In the first challenge, they create a swirled treat using eggnog and have to play nice with varieties of sugar and spice for their second dessert.
Season 1 -In the epic finale, the three remaining bakers have just one challenge, but it's a massive one. Each baker taps into a favorite holiday memory and then constructs gingerbread worlds filled with all sorts of treats. The baker who can impress the judges the most will become the Holiday Baking Champion and take home $50,000!

Season 1 -It's winter nights and holiday breakfasts in this episode, when the four bakers are first tasked to use the classic holiday flavors of peppermint and hot chocolate in a dessert and then create a blown-out holiday breakfast complete with three sweet dishes.
Holiday Cookie Madness
Season 1 -The eight bakers have to put their best cookie forward in the first two challenges of this competition. First, they'll have to make their best holiday cookie using an assigned baking tool and in the second challenge, they must use holiday ingredients to impress the judges with three different kinds of cookies.
It's Not the Holiday without Pie
Season 1 -In this episode, the six remaining bakers take on the crusty, sweet goodness of pie. In the first challenge, they have just 30 minutes to make their best dessert using store-bought pie crust. In the second challenge, the bakers create three different pies with three different crusts.
