About the Show
The Great Food Truck Race heads to the American South, with seven teams of food truck novices slicing, dicing and deep-frying their way from New Orleans to Savannah. Each week, the teams that sell the most food race on to the next episode; the losing team drives home. In the end, one food truck remains, and the team behind the wheel wins the $50,000 grand prize.
After graduating from the prestigious culinary program at Johnson & Wales University, Florence tackled the Big Apple where he helmed multiple acclaimed restaurants and established himself as one of New York City's finest young stars.
