The Great Food Truck Race is back for round four and our longest route ever! This season features over 4,000 miles of breakdowns, obstacles and challenges. We've got eight brand-new teams of dreamers: they all have heart, they all have skills, and all they need is a truck. Each week, the teams will roll into a new city and spend a frantic weekend cooking and selling, scheming and strategizing. The last team standing wins $50,000 and their food truck - a business that will change their lives forever.
After graduating from the prestigious culinary program at Johnson & Wales University, Florence tackled the Big Apple where he helmed multiple acclaimed restaurants and established himself as one of New York City's finest young stars. In New York, he honed his culinary skills under the tutelage of some of the city's premier chefs, including Charlie Palmer at Aureole, Marta Pulini at Mad 61 and Rick Laakonen, ultimately becoming executive chef at Cafeteria.
