Take your s'mores to the next level by sandwiching dark chocolate Leclerc cookies with peanut butter and warm, toasted marshmallow.

Directions for: Classic Peanut Butter S’Mores


16 Célébration Butter Cookies Dark Chocolate 45% Cocoa

8 large marshmallows

3 Tbsp (45 mL) natural peanut butter


1. Arrange 8 butter cookies on a plate, chocolate side up.

2. Spread each cookie with a heaping teaspoon of peanut butter.

3. Toast marshmallows over a grill or campfire until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Immediately place a marshmallow on each peanut butter spread cookie. Sandwich with remaining 8 cookies.

Tips and Substitutions

Tip: Marshmallows can be broiled in oven on a foil-lined baking sheet for 1 to 2 minutes.
