Toasted Coconut S’Mores Dip

Layers of chocolate, Leclerc cookies, marshmallow, and coconut make for a delicious ooey-gooey alternative to the traditional s'more.

Directions for: Toasted Coconut S’Mores Dip


2 cups (475 mL) milk chocolate chips

10 Célébration Vanilla Wafer Cookies Milk Chocolate, chopped

1 ½ cups (355 mL) toasted flaked coconut, divided

40 large marshmallows

Additional cookies, for serving


1. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips in the bottom of a 10-inch cast iron pan, then layer with chopped wafer cookies and 1 cup of coconut. Arrange marshmallows in a circular fashion overtop.

2. Set pan over a grill on medium, lid closed, or a campfire grill, covered, until mixture is melted and marshmallows are golden, 5 to 10 minutes. (Optional: Use tin foil in replace of a grill lid to melt mixture without browning marshmallows.)

3. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup coconut. Serve with additional cookies for dipping.

Tips and Substitutions

Tip: S’Mores dip can be baked in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes.
