Suntory Whisky make an art of serving their drinks on the rocks. The Japanese whisky brand’s advertisement featuring amazing 3D ice sculptures has recently been recognized for several awards in advertising, including a gold award for design in Adweek’s Project Isaac Awards. Using an inverted 3D printing technique, a chilled machine called a CNC router delicately carves the ice designs which range from iconic landmarks to favourite movie characters.
