Nonstick cooking spray, for the basket
frozen boneless skinless chicken breast (about 6 oz)
tsp olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Special equipment: a 3.5-quart air fryer
Preheat a 3.5-quart air fryer to 380 º F and spray the basket with nonstick spray.
Drizzle the chicken breast with the olive oil. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper on both sides. Put the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook at 360ºF until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the centre reads 165ºF, 18 to 20 minutes.
