Herbes de Provence Grilling Ru

cup diced onion

Tbsp chopped fresh oregano

tsp chopped fresh thyme

tsp chopped fresh rosemary

tsp chopped fresh savoury

tsp fresh lavender (optional)

Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Purée the onion, herbs, 2 Tbsp of the oil, lemon juice and a bit of salt and pepper in a food processor.

Step 2

. Spread the onion-herb mixture over the chicken and grill about 15 minutes on each side, rotating 90° on each side halfway through, until fully cooked. Serve warm alongside your favourite summer salads.
