A sparkling cocktail made with gin and apple cider.

cups seedless green grapes, halved

cups apple cider
1
cup barrel-aged gin
¾
cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
½
cup ginger liqueur
1
Tbsp orange bitters
Apple slices, for garnish
About 1 cup Vermont hard cider or other hard cider

Step 1
Muddle the grapes in a pitcher, using a muddler or wooden spoon. Add the apple cider, gin, lemon juice, ginger liqueur and orange bitters. Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours.
Step 2
Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with an apple slice and topped off with hard cider.
