Directions for: Aromatic Basmati Rice


1 cup of basmati rice

1 ½ cup of water

1 tsp of garam masala

pinch of salt


1. Put rice, water and seasonings into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn heat off and let rest 5 to 10 minutes.
