Avocados are mostly oleic acid, the same fat found in olive oil. They also contain vitamin E, B complex and vitamin C as well as a whole complement of minerals.

Ingredients

slices sprouted grain raisin bread, toasted

ripe avocado, sliced
1
tomato, sliced
sachets A few slices of cucumber
A few slices of firm organic goat’s cheese
A pinch of sprouts
*Mega Omega Mayonnaise, to taste
