oz raspberry vodka

leaves mint

lime wheels

oz mint syrup

oz soda
1 ½
oz lemonade

Step 1
To make mint syrup, place 1 litre of water, 500mls of white granulated sugar and 1 medium sized bunch of fresh mint in small pot, simmer at low to medium heat until sugar is dissolved, strain and store until room temperature is achieved, after using store in fridge.
Step 2
To prepare cocktail, muddle all ingredients in small rock glass add ice, stir and top with Perrier sparkling water.
