cup unsalted butter

cup packed dark brown sugar

lemon, juiced
Pinch of cinnamon

bananas, sliced

Step 1
In a sauté pan over high heat, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until it begins to bubble. Add the lemon juice. Add bananas and cinnamon and stir just to warm the bananas. Remove the pan from the heat and ladle to serve over ice cream or with Whoopie Pies.
