Directions for: Berries on a Cloud


2 cup strawberries, sliced

2 Tbsp icing sugar

1 Tbsp each brandy and orange Liqueur (optional)

6 slices angel food or sponge cake

2 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed


1. COMBINE strawberries, sugar, brandy and liqueur.

2. TOAST cake slices under broiler until lightly browned.

3. PLACE cake slices on individual serving plates. Top each with strawberries and whipped topping.
