onion, finely, chopped

tsp ground cumin

Tbsp tomato paste

oz can black beans, drained, and, rinsed

Directions
Step 1
In a large saucepan, brown sausages over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Add onion and cumin; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add tomato paste; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add beans and 4 cups (1 L) water; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
