Step 1
Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C).
Step 2
Place pizza crust on buttered pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms and shallots. Place the 8 to 12 Canadian Bocconcini cheese halves on pizza. Arrange asparagus on pizza in a symmetrical pattern. Sprinkle with olive oil; season with oregano and pepper.
Step 3
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
