Directions for: Bocconcini and Asparagus Pizza


1 pizza crust

1 cup pizza sauce

½ cup sliced mushrooms

2 Tbsp chopped green onions

8 Canadian Bocconcini cheese, halved

8 whole asparagus, cooked

olive oil




1. Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C).

2. Place pizza crust on buttered pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms and shallots. Place the 8 to 12 Canadian Bocconcini cheese halves on pizza. Arrange asparagus on pizza in a symmetrical pattern. Sprinkle with olive oil; season with oregano and pepper.

3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
