Burger Patty, Toppings & Assembly
Combine and mix all ingredients thoroughly together and set aside for the burger assembly.
Form the ground meat into a 4-oz patty.
Smash the patty on a griddle and cook for about 4 minutes.
While on the griddle, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Flip meat and top with a slice of cheddar cheese.
While burger continues to cook, place 2 slices of ham to side and cook until crispy. Set aside for the burger build.
Warm potato bun in oven. Remove and brush with melted butter. Cut bun in half and add Tousignant Sauce to top and bottom of the potato bun.
To build the burger, add the remainder of the toppings, and enjoy!
