Ingredients

Candied Hulled Pumpkin Seeds

1 cup pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)

⅒ cup butter, melted

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 Tbsp maple syrup

Candied Hulled Pumpkin Seeds

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat pepitas.

2. Lay mixture flat on a baking sheet and place in 325F oven for 10 minutes.

3. Let cool. Enjoy!

Tip

1. To keep nutritional value of seeds: Cover your seeds in it’s mix for 2 hours. If it’s a dry mix, add a tablespoon of coconut oil. Then, place your seeds in a dehydrator or in the oven at the lowest temperature.
