The creamiest mashed potatoes for a holiday dinner
Why I love this recipe
It’s easy, breezy & cheesy.
Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of salted, boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes or until fork tender. Drain well. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool slightly. Mash to desired consistency.
In pan over medium heat, combine soup and whipping cream. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until simmering. Fold in mashed potatoes. Stir in butter and pepper. Garnish with chives if desired.
