pint cherry ice cream

oz bottle black cherry soda

Sundried Cherry and White Choc

cup plus 2 tbsp packed light brown sugar

cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

cup sun dried cherries

oz white chocolate chips

Step 1

Divide ice cream among 6 (16-ounce) glasses, then slowly add the cherry soda to each. Have fun with garnishing the glasses with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, mint and maraschino cherries.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 325*F.

Step 3

Lightly butter and flour an 8-inch square-baking pan. In a bowl, beat together the sugar and egg until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the vanilla and butter and beat to mix well. In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda and salt and add to the butter mixture, beating until just incorporated. Stir in the walnuts and white chocolate.

Step 4

Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and use a flat metal spatula or a butter knife to smooth the top. Bake the Blondies for 25- 30 minutes, until the top is dry and golden brown.
