cup mayonnaise (50ml)

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the chicken with the grapes, cheddar, celery and onion, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide mixture into 2 portions. Add ingredients for Adult or Children’s version.
Step 2
Slice pitas in half and fill with chicken mixtures. Tuck in red leaf lettuce leaves or sprouts and garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Tip: Use leftover cooked chicken in this recipe for quick results – baked, poached, grilled, even store-bought roasted, would all work.
