Directions for: Chicken Kabob


2 lb(s) chicken breast, boneless, skinless and cut into cubes

1 cup ginger, minced

1 cup onions, minced

½ cup garlic, minced

½ cup jalapeno, minced

½ cup fresh coriander, finely chopped

2 Tbsp yoghurt

2 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp salt

12 oz vegetable oil


1. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together. Place the cubed chicken in the marinade and allow to rest refrigerated overnight. Place several chunks of chicken on a skewer and cook in a hot frying pan on a lively fire until done. Serve with spinach and yoghurt dip.
