Directions for: Chilled Peach Soup with Basil


6 regular peaches, peeled and pitted

½ red firecracker chili, seeded and finely chopped

1 ½ cup yogurt

⅓ cup water

8 leaves basil

2 lime juice

salt and pepper

Nigella seeds

chives, for garnish


1. Purée all ingredients except chives in blender. Let cool in refrigerator. To serve ladle into bowls and garnish with chives.
