1 Tbsp chopped mint

¼ tsp grated ginger

2 cup plain yogurt

1 cup vegetable broth

1 Tbsp tamarind pulp

¼ tsp ground cardamom

⅒ tsp paprika

¼ tsp coriander powder

pinch of salt


1. Whisk everything together in a bowl and then place in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve chilled.
