A mix of chocolate and Irish cream; you'll love this dessert cocktail.

Directions for: Chocolate Martinis


4 cup 35% cream

16 oz milk chocolate, chopped

1 cup Irish cream liqueur


1. Gently heat the cream until it is simmering. Pour it over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts. Cool then stir in the liqueur. Chill.
