Chocolate Matzah Crunch

This easy dessert is ready in just 35 minutes and makes for a great Passover dessert.
520 g scrunched-up matzah crackers
330 g unsalted butter, melted
140 g brown sugar
13 g kosher salt, 3 g reserved
25 g melted dark chocolate
1. Mix matzah, brown sugar, 10 g salt and melted butter in a bowl. Spread on greased parchment lined baking sheets, single layer. Bake at 335ºF for 15 minutes. Must be golden brown.
2. Allow to cool, drizzle with melted chocolate and garnish with remaining salt. Wrap, break off pieces to garnish desserts.
