Warm, cheesy pizza is topped with a hearty chopped salad.
Makes 1 pizza.
Preheat an oven to 400°F with convection turned on. Roll out the dough to form a long shaped rectangle, about 10 inches in length. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce evenly on top, followed by shredded cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
While pizza is baking; assemble the salad. In a medium bowl add cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, red onion, pepperoncini, Kalamata olives, hot salami, lettuce, parsley and basil. Pour RENÉE’S® Spring Herb Italian dressing on top and toss to evenly coat the salad.
Once pizza is finished baking, remove from oven and transfer to a cutting board. Top hot pizza with chopped salad, then sprinkle with crumbled feta. Cut pizza into triangles, then serve immediately.
