Citrus Margarita

oz Triple Sec/Cointreau

oz lemon juice

Step 1
Sprinkle sea salt and sugar over a parchment lined baking sheet in an even layer. Zest lemon over the salt. Splash Pure Leaf Lemon Iced Tea over the salt and squeeze the juice of the lemon. Bake salt in the oven for 2 hours at 170ºF to dehydrate/dry out the salt.
Step 2
Slide a slice of lemon around the rim of your glass. Dip the rim of the glass into Lemon Tea Infused Salt. Fill the glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker combine 1 cup ice, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, lime juice and a pinch of Lemon Tea Infused Salt. Shake until the exterior of the shaker becomes chilled and frosty. Strain cocktail over fresh ice and garnish with a wheel of lemon.
