Classic Mashed Potatoes
- serves 6
6 cup yukon gold poatoes, peeled and cubed (about 8 medium potatoes)
4 clove garlic
½ cup milk, approximately
salt and pepper
1. In a large saucepan, boil the potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
2. Using a masher, mash the potatoes and garlic with the butter. Then, using an electric mixer, purée the mixture with the milk. Adjust the seasoning.
