Directions for: Cobb Salad


4 cup crisp lettuce (ie. romaine/iceberg) chopped in thin shreds

1 cup ham, sliced

1 cup chicken, sliced

3 hard boiled eggs

9 pieces of crispy bacon

1 cup shredded jack cheese

2 avocados sliced

3 tomatoes cut into wedges

2 heads Boston Bibb lettuce


1. Place 2 Boston bibb lettuce leafs on top of each other to create a salad “bowl”. Repeat to have 6 rounds.

2. Top the lettuce with shredded crisp lettuce and an equal amount of salad ingredients.

3. Drizzle with ranch or dressing of choice.

4. Roll it up and enjoy!
