This triple-decker, Vietnamese coffee-inspired sipper is made for crisp fall weekends. A base of sweetened condensed coconut milk, freshly brewed hot coffee and frothy cream (or milk) transform into a cozy drink that’s sure to be your new signature beverage.
Add half and half (or whole milk) to blender and blend on high for 2 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute.
To assemble, fill an 8 oz (237ml) glass with sweetened coconut condensed milk. Using the back of a large spoon, slowly pour freshly brewed coffee over the top to create the second layer. Dollop with frothy half and half (or whole milk). Enjoy warm.
