Directions for: Creamy Smoked Salmon Pizza with Peaches and Arugula


4 pizza crusts or 1 pizza crust 16 inches (40 cm) in diameter, prebaked

1 Tbsp melted butter

10 oz smoked salmon

⅓ cup red onion, thinly sliced

⅔ cup red peppers, diced

1 peach, fresh or canned (drained), cut in thin slices

8 oz Canadian Camembert, sliced

1 cup arugula, finely chopped or fresh baby spinach, finely chopped

ground pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 450F (230C).

2. Brush the pizza crusts with melted butter. Divide the toppings, except the arugula, among the crusts, finishing with the Camembert.

3. Bake the pizzas on the centre oven rack for 4 to 6 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crusts are golden.

4. Sprinkle the arugula over the pizzas and serve immediately with a salad.
