cup (60 mL) Skippy® Peanut Butter

Tbsp (30 mL) lime juice

cup (500 mL) thinly sliced vegetables (red bell pepper, red cabbage, blanched broccoli florets and/or snow peas)

cup (125 mL) chow mein noodles

Directions

Step 1

Prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Menu Flavours Thai Sweet Chili Noodles according to package directions, stirring in Peanut Butter during last 2 minutes of cook time.

Cool slightly and stir in lime juice.
