frozen ripe banana

tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

cup skim chocolate milk

Tbsp ground flax or chia seeds
½
tsp vanilla extract

pinch cinnamon

Step 1
Break frozen banana into the blender. Add cocoa powder, chocolate milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour breakfast shake into chilled glasses and serve.
