Directions for: Dark Chocolate Banana Breakfast Shake


1 frozen ripe banana

2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cup skim chocolate milk

1 Tbsp ground flax or chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch cinnamon


1. Break frozen banana into the blender. Add cocoa powder, chocolate milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour breakfast shake into chilled glasses and serve.
