Ingredients

Sucre a la Creme Coulis

⅓ cup (80 mL) granulated white sugar

⅓ cup (80 mL) brown sugar

⅓ cup (80 mL) 35% cream

1 knob butter

Parfait

1 cup (250 mL) Oikos Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

your favourite seasonal fruit, cut into pieces

½ cup (125 mL) granola or muesli (homemade or store-bought)

Sucre a la Creme Coulis to taste

Directions

Sucre a la Creme Coulis

1. In a medium size bowl, combine white sugar, brown sugar, and cream.

2. Place mixture in the microwave on high for 3 minutes.

3. Remove, add butter, and blend with a whisk.

4. Allow to cool at room temperature.

Parfait

1. Layer Greek yogurt, fruit, granola, and coulis in a parfait glass!
